Description
No cutting and no gluing needed! Students will create a cute Day of the Dead book by simply folding! Copy the pages two sided, and fold into fourths!
Writing topics include: Dia de Los Muertos Traditions, The Altar, Day of the Dead Facts, Decorating the Grave, Create a Skull, and #topfive-top five favorites about Dia de Lost Muertos.
To assemble, simply copy two sided; fold in half and then fold again in fourths to make a small book! If you are printing two sided from your printer, choose to “flip pages on the long side” to print on both sides.
Digital slides have been added for students to create a digital version of this book!
This is a fun activity for Dia de Lost Muertos!
This foldable book is also part of a bundle of foldable books. You can find the whole bundle at a discounted price HERE!

Not only was this a great planned activity to use the day after Halloween but it was a great way to have students learn about and participate in a holiday that many of them celebrated with their families. They loved seeing the other students in the class learn about this holiday and it was great seeing my students feel represented.
