A Groundhog Day writing activity with no cutting and no gluing needed! Students will create a low prep Groundhog Day book by simply folding! Copy the pages two sided, and fold into fourths!
Writing topics include: Who is Punxutawney Phil? Will he see his shadow? Predictions, #PhilFacts, If there are 6 more weeks of winter I will, and visions of an early spring.
To assemble, simply copy two sided; fold in half and then fold again in fourths to make a small book! If you are printing two sided from your printer, choose to “flip pages on the long side” to print on both sides.
All writing prompts have been added to digital slides as well. There is a black and white page on the slides that can be printed and used as a coloring page for students.
This is a fun activity to celebrate Groundhog Day!
This foldable book is also part of a bundle of foldable books. You can find the whole bundle at a discounted price HERE!
