Description

A fun Halloween activity for students to write a spooky story using the elements of a story.

There are three versions of this activity included. There is one version that is full size paper and can be used on its own and there is one version that will fit inside of any of the Target Dollar Spot blank books-the plain blank books or the seasonal blank books of haunted houses or pumpkins.

Digital slides have been added for prewriting and good writing pages. There are 10 digital slides included.

Your students can create a spooky story to display for Halloween while learning about the elements of a story!

*Brainstorm spooky nouns and adjectives

*Create the setting

*Describe the characters

*Create a problem

*List the important events

*Solve the problem

Drafting pages, lined pages to publish, and an illustration page is included.

Bulletin board letters: Spooky Stories; included in two versions to print in black or in white which can be printed on bright paper.
