Reading workshop keeps your schedule and expectations consistent for your students. And with a consistent schedule and clear expectations, your reading workshop will be easy to plan and implement! These lessons will provide you with everything that you need to plan and implement reading workshop.
With these reading workshop lessons, you will have everything that you need for reading workshop in your classroom.
You will receive two full weeks of materials with complete lesson plans, anchor charts, students anchor charts, students pages, vocabulary, extension activities, and more.
The following skills and lessons are included:
- Nonfiction text features lessons include 10 days of lessons for text features including: 10 days of lessons for text features, title page, table of contents, index, glossary, photographs, illustrations, captions, diagrams, charts, heading, subheading, sidebar, hyperlinks, keywords, bullets, choosing the right nonfiction text, using text features, and literature vs. informational text; 8 vocabulary activities including two vocabulary flipbook (one for each week) each with a short quiz, and 6 extension activities.
The lessons suggest using a variety of nonfiction text and resources that you have available.
